Seven Generations Africa does one thing: we build containers where what's been kept apart can meet and we hold them while something happens that nobody could have designed alone.
Sometimes that's a person and the versions of themselves that stopped speaking years ago.
Sometimes it's a team, a family, or a cohort of young people.
Sometimes it's a mine and a community, a government department and the people it serves, a funder and the movement it funds.
The terrain changes. The work doesn't.
1. Journeys
When you come to the mountain.
Retreats, guided trails, immersions and ongoing one-to-one work in the Magaliesberg. Led by a licensed outdoor guide. Small groups, real terrain, and enough time that something shifts.

2. Gatherings
When you bring your people.
You bring the group and the purpose. We design the container, hold the process, and take responsibility for what happens on the ground.
Multi-day journeys for organisations working with young people. Immersions for teams, fellowships and leadership cohorts. Hosted convenings for organisations that need a room built properly rather than a venue booked.
Includes a certified event manager, licensed guiding, event support, catering, accommodation, facilitation and full design.
3. Counsel
We come to you.
For organisations working across paradigms like mining and conservation, government and community, funders and movements, corporates and the places they operate in.
Convening design and facilitation. The architecture of a gathering: who's in the room, what the real question is, how it opens and how it closes.
Narrative and communications. Helping organisations say what they're actually doing, when the work has outrun the language.
Programme and strategy design. Bringing coherence to work that spans sectors, cultures and generations.
